A Note From Mary:
In
the early 1990’s, I discovered my love and passion for yoga and through
my practice gained great insight and awareness about my life. Through
my body, I found a port of entry to a deeper part of myself. Yoga
helped to heal and transform me mentally, physically and spiritually.
I believe so strongly in the power of yoga that I became a Certified Yoga
Teacher and have been happily sharing my experience of yoga with
students for over ten years. Teaching gives me great joy, as it is truly a
blessing to share and be witness to the transformation and change yoga
brings to my students.
After many years of practicing and teaching yoga there had been so
many shifts in my life on many levels. My eyes were opened through my
yoga practice, but I needed tools to deal with what I witnessed in my
life. This led me to seek counselling from a Spiritual
Psychotherapist. I experienced great healing through these sessions
because it honoured and resonated with my spirituality and lifestyle.
I learned how to embrace my true self, experience daily joy and release
my fears and live my life to the fullest. I felt so inspired by my
healing that I became a Spiritual Psychotherapist in 2006. Practicing
this form of therapy, I have witnessed profound transformation and
healing.
I am currently both a
Yoga Teacher and a Spiritual Psychotherapist. I have blended and
combined the best of both of these healing arts and brought them to my
teaching. Over the many years of personal
development, I have experienced healing for myself and have witnessed healing in many individuals on many levels. I love my chosen path and hope to meet you on my journey.
